The four Pleasant Valley Wineries have claimed their stake in the heart of El Dorado for the purpose of
growing and producing world class Rhône varietal wines and blends. We'd like to share our vision with you.

Spend an hour in the vineyard with winemaker, Frank Hildebrand, discovering
what makes the soil, micro-climate(s), & topography of Pleasant Valley a
unique Rhone varietal winegrowing region. Please wear appropriate footwear
for walking in the vineyard.
Sierra Vista 1:30-2:30
A bottling event:
Sierra Vista invites you to join the bottling crew and follow the bottling process from tank to bottle. Since we do not own bottling equipment, we lease the Mobile
wine line to do our bottling. We usually bottle four times year. Hopefully about 1500 cases will be bottled on this Friday . Be part of the crew.
Holly's Hill 2:45-3:45
Josh and Carrie Bendick, winemakers, will show how Rhone style wines pair so nicely with
food. Discover what makes or breaks a perfect pairing and get tips for your own creations at home. Actual samples during the session.
Miraflores 4-5
Join winemaker Marco Cappelli for a discussion on Futures: how to purchase, what to look
for, how to choose, how to taste young wines, how much to pay, why buy. Also taste young barrel wines, sweet barrel wines, a lite food pairing will be served with these wines.
